No problem, we don’t have machines.
Bored with the same weekly schedule at the gym?
No problem, our workouts change every day. You may go 2 months before you repeat a workout with CrossFit Modesto.
Don’t have 2 hours to spend in the gym, filling your time with cardio and weights?
No Problem, our workouts generally last 45 minutes, including a warmup (which may also contain a skill session) and the WOD (Workout of the Day).
Searching for ways to train stronger, faster and harder?
All workouts are scalable and timed. You pick how strong, fast and hard you want to be.
