
CrossFit Modesto / Krav Maga's fitness bootcamp is the area's premier fitness bootcamp program.
Our Six week program is taught by an experienced, certified coaching staff who know how to get you back in shape because they have done it themselves.
We will provide you with the expert instruction and motivation you need to achieve your fitness goals, whether you just need to tone up a little or you have 100Lbs to lose and
haven't exercised in years our program is a proven method.

Fitness Bootcamp includes:

2. Body composition testing
3. Nutrition plan
4. Bi Weekly progress meetings
5. Exercise and nutrition log book / manual
6. 18 exercise sessions
