WAIT that is also good news! Our new location at 4213 McHenry Ave is AWESOME. We even have our own room with squishy floors and there will be a room for kids to hang out in when their parents are crushing WOD’s.

Stretching is very important. It gets our blood flowing and joints moving. I know I perform better when I have been moving around for a bit before I start my workouts. Once everything is ready, I tend to have better coordination and flexibility during my activity.
