Join us for our Kettlebell 101 workshop, Denise Choate will be teaching
Kettlebell basics. She will go over why kettlebells should be a part
of everyone’s training, why kettlebells are so effective at building strength,
endurance and fat loss. You will learn some of the basic moves including
the swing, High pull, deadlift and the clean. There is no charge for this work
shop but space is limited.
