U.S.A.W. olympic Lifting Cert October 16-17

Jim Schmidts and Butch Curry will be returning October 16-17
to teach another olympic lifting certification at Crossfit Modesto.
They were here last year and several of our coaches along with
Coaches from as far away as Texas became certified Olympic
lifting coaches, the event sold out last year so if you would like
to further you knowledge and expertise in Olympic lifting here
is your chance.
