Your intro session will begin with a tour of our gym, which looks radically different 
from any other gym in the area, then we will give you an explanation of what 
Crossfit is all about and why we think it is the best fitness program available. Next 
we will put you through our base line workout which will give some insight into
your current fitness level and how we can best help you reach your goals, this also
gives you the chance to see what it feels like to do a Crossfit style workout first hand.
