Wow! Great job guys! I can’t wait til I’m ready to compete.
My mind is ready but my body is about 2 years behind.
Brian, if you really want that tattoo let me know. I never did a tat before but get a few beers in me and I’m sure I can do it. Let me know.

Congratulations Brian again.
The goal of the title and the scoring was to demonstrate the person with the most range of abilities, not necessarily the best in every event, just in the last event (which tested ALL ranges of ability) . The original “Truth” is a testament to find ALL of your weaknesses and when it was designed at FTF it was designed with the thought of a Benchmark Hero style workout.
The Truth for the event wasn’t the whole truth. Here is the Truth as Rx’d:
“The Truth”
Row 500m
20 Burpees
18 Body weight deadlift
16 Chest to bar pull-ups
14 Ring dips
12 Body weight bench press
10 Body weight front squats
8 Body weight power cleans
6 Body weight push jerks
4 Hand stand push-ups
2 Rope ascents from butt
Run 400m
Post time
Nonetheless Brian, Way to Kick Ass!!! see you soon!

Interesting, then what were the first Two events for?
No One workout can be a judge of overall fitness abilities.
Just my Two cents.
