Thanks Joe it was fun doing that kind of set up, the best part was watching the ladies in the 530 and 615 class grunting and slamming weight was totally cool.

I am pleased with my jackie time 9:52 i lost a little time on the rowing that i should not have my shirt got caught on the back of the rower and i had to stop and unhook 5 times so I will tuck it in next time.

Gone but hopefully not forgotten - did Jackie at Kirkland Crossfit (http://www.kirklandcrossfit.com) - great trainer, Michelle, kept time for me…and called me out on any squat not low enough or any pull-up where my arms weren’t locked out at the bottom. 7:41

I left too much meat on the bone. If that wasn’t the fastest time, I’m redoing it. I think I could get 7:10.

I’ll be in the gym Tues - Thurs next week and could possibly do a Tues or Wed PM if it worked for you. I’ll beat you on the rower, you’ll catch me on the thrusters and it will be a race on the pull-ups. Hey, what’s a squat clean thruster? Does the bar start from the ground between each rep?
