    Kind of off topic but I brought 95lbs and a barbell to work today and I did ten rounds of 10 power snatches and15 double understand.I did this by the workout station that’s out side its got pullup bars and sit up stations when I was sweating people were scared of me and wouldn’t look my way every time I dropped the bar they would get scared it wad fantastic .
