    Back has been messed up since last Monday but going to work out tonight and see how it feels….Also a good friend of mine is looking into crossfit and was asking if he could come in and work out with me tonight, is that cool? he has experience witht he dead lift and won’t get in anyones way.

    Thanks Erica, I will need to tell him that cause he is pretty competitive…I think he will learn quickly not many people are awesome at crossfit when they start. Its been a year for me now and I still feel like I suck at everything!
