In all serious, I like so see how burpees affect the different demands from the last 3 wods. Heavy pull, heavy dynamic press, and explosive speed movements. What do you react well to? What do you not react well to? Was the lateral jump a big difference?
If I turn the oven temperature up 1 degree everyday, will you eventually cook, or just become impervious?
me personally i’m starting to understand burpees yea there hard and they make everything else harder but it only makes you stronger at everything else. plus they are technically the easy move you can do (drop and flop baby). I just wish mark was here for these he would be so excited .hahahah

Chad - those look like tons of fun. We should do 100 days of those after the burpees… did you notice that guy only did two of them?
