Hey just curious about the scaled division weekend warrior thing.How does it all work?

Maybe I can get partial credit - out camping and had to improvise. Started with a 20 minute run in the hills. Used a backpack shoved full in lieu of the wall ball (I think mine was heavier), and no pull-up bar, not even a tree branch, so I used the tailgate from my truck and did reverse rows. Time: 12:30

I will post more tonight, but it’s all about interest. For the scaled team, I believe you, Chad and a third dude (i know who I’m thinking of, but haven’t asked) and Alison and Rita can make up a kickass scaled team.

I just saw the schedule…first workout is Sept 11th if Im reading the right site…I might be able to still make it…I just wont get much workout time in beforehand.
