And you were the only one brave enough to jump up and grab one.

Here you were later that day…

Not to change the subject of Erika and the light saber lol, but does anyone have any good breakfast suggestions?  I am getting really tired of eating eggs everyday!!  Can’t think of another good source of protein for breakfast.

    Oatmeal in a protein shake…

I bet Mitch has some other ideas.

Honestly Jeff, I eat any kind of meat in the morning. Steak, chicken, bacon… I love tri-tip for breakfast too. I eat spinach at breakfast sometimes too. Steer away from the idea that breakfast has to be sweet.

if its good enough for dinner, its good enough for breakfast.

I only mentioned spinach because it is an unorthodox breakfast food. I’ve also had salmon for breakfast before.

    Jeff,
Louis and Erika are on the money.  Any meat will do at breakfast.  I eat eggs everyday, but I always mix stuff in, usually cheese, some veggies and meat (turkey, turkey bacon, sausage, and I really like black forest ham).

If eggs are a problem for you, try whey protein shakes.  I mix with whole organic milk, and I throw some fruit (usually berries) in the freezer the night before.  The fruit is iced up, so it makes a nice smoothie.

Thanks Brian…I usually drink a protein shake for my in between breakfast and lunch meal and another one after my workout.  Eggs aren’t a problem for me, I do like eating them, I was just worried about the cholesterol (maybe I shouldn’t be?.  Anyways I appreciate all the comments, it really helps.

    Use less yolks.

I usually eat 5-6 eggs with one yolk.

chad chad chad not eat the yolk is like kicking angels out of heaven…3-4 eggs a day with the yolk will not raise your cholesterol, and chad how the hell to eat 5-6 eggs? thats alot.

  16. Chadon September 03 2010 - 2:27 PM

5-6 isn’t as much as you think once the yolks are out.
