None of us called it right. I thought for sure Iceland Annie was going to be a champ and another unknown takes the first place on the men’s side. I’m not going to even guess next year! I always get proven wrong!

What’s the process of bringing a friend into Crossfit for a workout? I have 3 different friends interested. 1 with mixed gym background (martial arts), another that’s just athletic and basic/intermediate gym knowledge, and the 3rd with beginner/intermediate gym knowledge. I’m unsure as to any of their knowledge of Olympic style lifts.

Chris, we have guest passes available to you, I would suggest bringing them in One at a time since when you bring a guest you are their liason and are expected to explain to them how we do things, show them around and such. By all means bring them in.
