I am so proud of the Ladies that was no joke.That was my first ever organized type of training.I was taught at a young age how to defend myself and was always told “only to use it for protection” and I have always lived that way.Have had my share of street fights and am amazed at how much I learned. I am very excited to keep practicing to get better so I can help other people.I am very humbled in the fact that its all for defense because that speaks to my heart about the way my life has been in the fact that I have never went looking to get into fights.I am a very gentle person by nature.A weird switch turns on when I get into survival mode.I guess I said all that to say this"I love Krav Maga” And I look forward to getting better at it and helping others along the way (:

Great job am class(Anita/Quinn) we pushed ourselves and did some tabata squats/box jumps and push up/dips.
