Thanks for bringing up the spitting thing Brian, I have been getting a bit iratated by it and was going to have signs made up about the spitting. I am not sure who has been the guilty party but hopefully this will take care of the problem.

I don’t like to ask the person lifting how much they’re doing until after they have successfully completed the lift. I know I hate questions before I do a clean or a snatch because it takes my mind off the task at hand. Be respectful of people who are going for a new P.R. and keep your questions until the end!

The floor in a Crossfit gym is where most of our work is done. What would make a person spit on it? Disrespect? I was fortunate enough to have the med ball drop in some a couple months back so thanks for bringing this up.

My back is a bit sore between my shoulder blades this morning from the work out yesterday. I used the 35lb KB for 3 rounds for my first time. Did I do too much?

    Stephanie,
With KB swings, that is THE SPOT.  Your soreness is normal.  It may creep up your neck a little bit (that’s where mine is right now).  May sure you eat your protein, stay hydrated, and take your fish oil.  Unfortunately, this is the negative by-product of life as a crossfitter smile

Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t sore there because I had the wrong form from so much weight. I like work out soreness… makes me feel like I did something smile
