This sucked. I have to admit, sometimes my biggest challenge is just starting. Once the timer starts, I’m committed, but man, it helps when someone else says, “Go!” RX 6:30 - had to use the EZ curl bar again with steel plates, which does suck. How did everyone else do???

I have been down on myself all day due to not using all the weight i should have and could have so I am thinking about doing it again just to tell myself i knew i could LOL I did 185# 5:06
