Just did this workout - what a total butt kicker! Had to make some mods - 275RX for deads but with an EZ curl bar and steel plates, no med ball so I used a 60lb dumbbell for both the cleans into wall-ball (without letting go at the top) and the KB swings, all unbroken. I accidentally hit the stop button instead of my lap button and screwed up my time - I’m guessing about 22 1/2 mins overall.

This wod crushed me did first three rds unbroken but I pulled a kalipha and blew my load to fast. Finish around 16:20
