CrossFit Modesto Krav Maga’s Fitness Boot Camp combines elements of CrossFit, Kettlebell Training, and Krav Maga to give you a COMPREHENSIVE, but ALL-AROUND taste of what happens here at CFMKM. Our Fitness Boot Camp is geared for individuals who feel they are not quite ready for full-fledged CrossFit classes and want a little bit more guidance in their fitness journey.
Fitness Boot Camp includes:

3. Progress Meetings
5. Exercise and Nutrition Log Book
6. Exit Consultation and Evaluation; AFTER PICTURE
