CrossFit Birthday Workouts Are Funnn!

Seems like we have been doing a bunch of birthday WODs lately. Today the bootcamp is doing a birthday WOD for their fearless leader Berry ( Geno) Worden, Big Berry or maybe we should call him Geriatric Berry now that he is a decrepit OLD fart. Man I wish I was 37 again, it’s all down hill from here Berry, the aches and pains, everything you eat will go straight to your gut and injuries take FOREVER to heal etc, etc, etc. Well now that I have made your day let me say HAPPY BIRTHDAY BERRY! We hope you are around CrossFit Modesto for a long time.
I like it when I get a request for a birthday workout, we have had trainers complain about having to put a birthday WOD in the programming but I think it’s fun and everyone else seems to enjoy it. Aren’t we here to have some fun? I never want CrossFit to be so serious that it stops being fun after all one of the main reasons I started doing CrossFit was because it’s fun so lets keep it that way. If you want a special WOD for your birthday just let Mike, Erika or Billy-209 know and we will do our best to make it memorable. There is just one disclaimer, if I make you a birthday WOD and you don’t show up I will have something absolutely terrible waiting for you like maybe a burpee mile? Lets get in the best shape of our lives and have a bunch of fun doing it!

Geriatric Berry’s BootCamp WOD

Sprint 37 Meters at the top of every 37 seconds for 10 rounds.

3.7  Rounds Of:
17 Wall Balls
15 Plate Sit Up w/ OH press
5 Burpee Broad Jumps
Must jump over the bumper plate you use for plate sit ups
