Never Forget 9/11

It’s been eleven years since that dreadfully memorable day in Sept 11 2001. I was going to make a special WOD commemorating those that gave their lives on that day but decided that there is no way to do them justice. So all I have to say is this.

Never forget.

CrossFit Workout Of The Day

Power Snatch

Moderately Heavy – fast and perfect form

Strength
Deadlift
5-5-5-3-3
Do 5 Burpees after each set

5 squat Snatch 95/65
