CrossFit Modesto Future Soldier Program Expands

CrossFit Modesto has been running our future soldiers Boot Camp preparation program for a year and a half with great success. The program has been almost exclusively Army recruits with a few Air Force and Navy from time to time even though the program has always been open to all branches. We were recently contacted by the Air Force and CrossFit Modesto’s future soldier program will now be mandatory for all local Air Force future soldiers. This addition of Air Force recruits will bring the number of recruits CrossFit Modesto is training to about 90 so if you see large groups of young recruits working out in the afternoon give them a honk and a yell of support.
