It’s Happy Birthday time again. This time it’s Erika’s 22nd birthday, well actually Saturday is her birthday but there were so many people that wanted do her birthday WOD with her Billy 209, Bootcamp Berry and myself came up with the idea to throw a surprise birthday workout for her. B – 209 will come in on his morning off so Erika can be roped into working out with the 6AM class. Berry and his Bootcamp class will join the 6AM CF class for the birthday WOD. So get up a little early and come down for the 6Am birthday workout with Erika. I am sure you all appreciate Erika as much as we do, she has been such a big part of CrossFit Modesto from the beginning. She has come sooooo far from the first workout I had her and the rest of the family do Six years ago at Byer park, she couldn’t do a single push up or sit up on that first workout. Now look at her not only has she become a well rounded CrossFit athlete but she is without a doubt one of the best CrossFit coaches around and she really knows the ins and outs of running a CrossFit gym. She really is such an important part of CrossFit Modesto and she has sacrificed much to build it to where it is today. Your mom and I love and appreciate you very much Erika and I hope you enjoy your birthday WOD.
