Krav Maga Is FUN

I have always said that your fitness program needs to be FUN!  At CrossFit Modesto Krav Maga & Fitness we constantly strive to make our CrossFit workouts FUN! Our Krav Maga program is no different, we want people enjoy themselves in our Krav Maga classes. Sure we train hard and we take self defense VERY serious, it’s not play time. We hit hard and you should expect some bruises and sore muscles. If you’re a CrossFit client come on over and try a Krav class it’s part of your membership, it’s fun and it just might save your life someday.
