Need to sharpen your rope climbing skills? Maybe you have never climbed a rope, either way today’s FREE skill clinic is for you. We will spend about an hour covering everything from grip, foot positions, coming back down safely, scaling and anything else you need to know to safely climb the rope. If you are a bit intimidated by the rope you need to be there, it can be the difference between being afraid of the rope and making your first ascent up the rope.

400 Meter Med Ball Run
20 Ea Partner Med Ball Cleans (do a med ball clean and pass to your partner)
15 EaPartner med Ball Sit Ups (on backs feet together do a med ball sit up, pass to partner)
10 EaPartner Med Ball Burpees (do a burpee, on the way up grab med ball and pass to partner)
* If a partner misses a ball pass to other partner does a five burpee penalty
