Monday the 29th marks our 3rd annual costume workout! Please note that there will be no afternoon classes on Monday, only the 6:30 pm workout. Please bring a dish to share!
Why do we do events like these if we’re just a gym? Because it’s fun! Fitness doesn’t have to be serious and we think it’s pretty cool to see zombies, superheroes, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles running down the street.
We have some surprises up our sleeves too for the workout. Keep an eye on the bushes during Monday’s workout…

Power Cleans
5-5-5-5-5
Do five power cleans at the top of each two minute segment; work up to five heavy power cleans. Keep hold of the bar!
